Guild Sale Overview meeting on Sunday, August 23rd at 2pm on Zoom.  I know this seems overwhelming for first time participants but don’t worry, we’ll go through it during our zoom meeting to help make it less confusing.  We’ll go over the inventory process, and it might be helpful if you start putting together your inventory list in case you come up with any specific questions. Please download & review the attached documents in advance and feel free to print them so you can make notes on them if needed.

I’ll send an email later this week with the Zoom link for the meeting on Sunday Aug 23rd.

Guild Sale 2026 - 6  Waiver and Artist Statement - (must be turned in at Guild Sale Check-in)         

Guild Sale 2026 - 7  W-9 form (must be turned in at Guild Sale Check-in)

Important notes -

> Let Marti or Jane know if you have problems using Excel - we do have other options available

> Let me know if you need the print version for handwritten inventories. 

> Please read our Sale Rules and Standards of Artistry and Craftsmanship. 

> We greatly appreciate inventories sent EARLY!!! 

> INVENTORIES are due BY Sunday, September 20th

HANGTAGS -- We will use the same distribution method as last year.  Hangtags will be delivered to the Lewis & Clark Guild meeting on Oct 1st and will be mailed to 'out-of-town' artists by Oct 12th.  Hangtags for local artists will be available at distribution points around the county around Oct 12th.  (more details to follow)

PUBLICITY & POSTCARDS -- Please send me any NEW work you'd like me to use for our online publicity!  I will be posting about each of the participating artists on Facebook and Instagram!

I have attached a digital image of our postcard so you can send it as an e-vite to your friends and customers.  The Guild Sale also has an event created on Facebook that can be shared.  Please help advertise the sale by sharing our posts on Facebook - AND don't forget to send me new images of your work so I can create interest in the variety of work coming to this year's Sale!
