2025 Midwest Conference Vendor Marketplace Application

We are excited to host Midwest Weavers Association's 2025 Midwest Conference in St. Louis, MO, that is dedicated to fiber arts in the Midwest Region.

We look forward to attracting vendors from all over the country to celebrate creating for all fiber enthusiasts, whether it is for hobby or profession. The conference is open to all vendors that produce finished objects or provide tools and materials for all fiber arts, including but not limited to weaving (floor, tabletop, frame looms), spinning, knitting (machine & hand), crocheting, felting, sewing, quilting, embroidery, macrame, rug hooking, and many more! We are looking for a variety of vendors that provide finished objects for those that don't do but want, and all the tools and materials to create their own.

The conference will take place Sunday, June 8 - 15, 2025. Making History is our theme, and we will be celebrating all things in fiber arts and St. Louis history as well as how we are 'making history' for future generations! This conference will also kick off the 100 year anniversary celebration of the Weavers' Guild of St. Louis, the second oldest fiber guild in the United States.
